Hotel booking policy (up to 5 bookings)

Important: please be informed that hotel bookings through bnetwork online portal are exclusively for participants registered to Fi Europe 2025. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation/s in case registration for the event has not been done.

Payment policy:

Upon acknowledgement of booking, a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total cost of your reservation is requested to secure your hotel reservation.

By August 29th 2025 an additional 50% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 100% of the total reserved allotment.
Failure to pay the remaining 50% deposit by August 29th 2025 will result in cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of all deposits paid.

From August 30th 2025, any additional booking must be paid in the moment of making the reservation. Bookings without payment will not be confirmed.

Final invoice will be issued and provided by the hotel upon check out.

Cancellation policy:

From confirmation until May 26th 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation no cancellation charges are applied.

Between May 27th and August 29th 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation the participant will be charged 50% of the total cost of the cancelled nights. Reduction of stay is permitted as long as the minimum stay is respected.

From August 30th 2025 in case of cancellation of reservation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 100% of the total cost of the cancelled nights.
Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at the following address: fiehiehotels@bnetwork.com  Penalties may apply. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid.

Reservation modification changes: all reservation modifications can be made through the website "My account" function at https://fiehiehotels.bnetwork.com or in writing via email. Changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours and are subject to availability.

Personal information protection: bnetwork complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding collection, use, transfer, disclosure, retention, security, and destruction of “personal information” (P.I.) and “personally identifiable information”). Bnetwork will only use P.I. that is provided by the company or directly by an individual solely to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this contract. bnetwork shall not employ the P.I. for b network’s own purposes nor for the purposes of third parties. bnetwork shall not transfer data or P.I. to any third parties, except upon prior written approval of the company. By signing this contract, you confirm that you are entitled and have corresponding approval to disclose on behalf of a third-party data related to booking purposes (i.e. gender, email addresses, company of employment and accommodation details).
